Vendor Performance, Ratings & Account Termination
Selekta AI is committed to providing a trustworthy, high-quality experience for all users. To ensure this, vendors using the platform are subject to ongoing performance monitoring through customer ratings, reviews, transaction data, and other feedback mechanisms.
Selekta AI reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any vendor account for reasons including, but not limited to:
Repeated complaints or negative feedback from customers;
Poor fulfillment practices, including late or non-delivery of goods;
Misrepresentation of products or services;
Inappropriate conduct or communication with users;
Violation of applicable laws, platform guidelines, or terms of service;
Any activity that may damage the reputation or trustworthiness of Selekta AI or its user experience.
Selekta AI, its parent companies, affiliates, licensors, partners, or third-party service providers shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from actions taken against vendors in accordance with this clause. All decisions made by Selekta AI under this provision are final and non-negotiable.
By using the Selekta AI platform, vendors agree to this policy and acknowledge that continued access is contingent upon consistent adherence to quality and compliance standards set forth by Selekta AI, which may be updated from time to time.
